Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Embelle candles. However, because our candles are personal care and ritual items, we have a limited return policy.
Eligible Returns We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping
- The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., cracked jar, faulty wick, incorrect scent)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used candles
- Candles that have been burned
- Products that do not meet your personal scent preference
- Change of mind
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (usually within 5–7 business days).
