Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Embelle candles. However, because our candles are personal care and ritual items, we have a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., cracked jar, faulty wick, incorrect scent)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used candles
  • Candles that have been burned
  • Products that do not meet your personal scent preference
  • Change of mind

Return Process

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
