What is Embelle? Embelle creates premium ritual candles designed as gentle cues for presence, intention, and personal growth. Each candle is paired with a specific ritual practice to help you live more mindfully while the flame is alive.

What does “While the candle is alive” mean? It is our central philosophy. The candle has a short, certain life. While it burns, it invites you to pause and engage in a meaningful ritual — whether that is making a promise, practicing gratitude, offering yourself kindness, or building connection.

Are your candles eco-friendly and safe? Yes. We use a premium coconut-soy wax blend that is vegan, renewable, and burns cleanly with minimal soot. All fragrances are phthalate-free and IFRA-compliant. We prioritize your health and the environment.

How do I choose which candle is right for me? Each candle corresponds to one of our nine core rituals. You can explore the rituals on our site and choose based on what you feel called to practice right now. Many customers also create custom bundles to experience multiple rituals.

Can I gift Embelle candles? Absolutely. Our candles make thoughtful gifts for anyone seeking more presence, connection, or personal growth. The Connected and Tribe candles are especially popular for gifting to friends and loved ones.

Do you offer subscriptions? Yes. With “The Embelle Year” subscription, you receive one new ritual candle each month, guiding you through a full year of intentional practice. You can pause or cancel anytime.

What if I don’t like the scent? We keep our scent list intentionally small and well-loved to reduce decision fatigue. However, because scent is personal, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. We recommend starting with our most neutral scent, Cotton & Musk, if you are sensitive to fragrances.

How long does shipping take? Domestic orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. International shipping may take longer.

What is your returns policy? We accept returns only for damaged or manufacturer-defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if you experience an issue.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, but please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
