All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days after your order is processed (processing time is usually 1–2 business days).
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
International orders may take longer (10–21 days) and may incur additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We make every effort to meet these timelines, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order weight.

We want you to love your Embelle candles. However, because our candles are personal care and ritual items, we have a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged during shipping
The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., cracked jar, faulty wick, incorrect scent)
